1. 'Great Library Ideas' Book. We launched this book late last October. Sales have been excellent.
It is packed with lively and successful ideas for any school library. Most of the ideas can be easily adapted to different abilities and ages from 8 – 15 years. Each idea is fully described and most include a copiable worksheet.
We recommend this resource for your library. A great buy at $29.95, plus GST, and includes a CD for ease of printing.
2. Bookends. We hoped to have these available at $15.00 per pair. We have done better than that and have them priced at $14.00 per pair, plus GST.
If you are refurbishing your library and need a significant, please contact us for a quotation and perhaps a special colour.
3. Covercare (self adhesive book covering). We now have 275mm width in our 50 metre length range. Our width range of 50 metre rolls is now the largest available to you – 225mm, 250mm, 275mm, 300mm, 330mm, 350mm, 375mm, 450mm, 600mm.
4. Alphabet Labels. Available in A4 sheet, 20 x 20mm, 126 per sheet, black on yellow, white, and mid-blue

Product Update
Scissors – Library and General
Due to importers deleting items and then informing us when we went to purchase more, we have been busy investigating scissors and detail our updated range.
1. Library Scissors. We have stayed with the LEDAH Brand due their quality, reliability, and pricing. We have upgraded to their High Performance Scissors and have two sizes, 160mm and 205mm lengths. Pricing is $13.95 and $21.95, plus GST.
2. General Scissors. We have changed the small pair to a better quality at the same price $4.95 plus GST.

New Product
Plastipad Adhesive Glue (Book Glue)
We have been asked increasingly about book glue recently, so rather than tell everyone the best place to buy it, we have it for you. The product is used by the majority of printers and book binders for the making of pads, binding, and general bindery work. Our research showed that most librarians preferred the 250ml size, especially taking into account, it does only have a 12 month shelf life. Price is $12.45 plus GST. More detail in the Miscellaneous section.
Arriving Soon, our NEW 'COMPACT' LIBRARY TROLLEY
We hope to launch on Monday 16th May, our new Compact Trolley. It will have greater distance between shelves and larger diameter wheels with ball bearing axles than similar trolleys currently available.
The COMPACT is ideally suited for being a workstation beside a desk, acting as temporary storage, re- shelving trolley, display trolley, or simply transporting books and magazines. Note - it is half the depth of our large Library metal trolley being one book depth instead of two.
Features are 3 sloping shelves spaced 340mm apart and bear bearing axle wheels that allow you to use the COMPACT on carpet, lino, and smooth concrete surfaces with ease. It is made from tubular and sheet steel which is powder coated.
Dimensions are 1095mm(H) x 500mm(W) x 326mm(D)
We hope to price the COMPACT at a MAXIMUM of $425.00 plus freight and GST
Reminders
1. Basket cart trolleys. We have a slight hold up in supply, however, hope to have this rectified very shortly.
2. Library Find It Index and Where to find your Books Index. These index's are a must have guide and resource for your students. Solve all the problems when your search computers are down, too longer queue, or you are continually telling students where to find books instead of doing more important tasks.
3. Coloured Dots. Say goodbye to dots that fade or the problem of your local supplier always our of stock. We have GLOSS coloured dots that don't fade and all colours, always in stock.
4. Is your collection shrinking? Are many books missing after last year's stock take? We have a 'Property of……..' label which we customize with your school name and you put it on the front of each book, and perhaps also the back. It TELLS everyone who owns the book – the student, the parents or guardians, the local secondhand bookshop, the dairy, the public library, the op shop, etc. The replacement cost of 6 to 8 good books will cover the cost of labels for every book in your library.
